By using TokenizeScore — including its worked examples, demos and any pilot assessment we run with you — you agree to these terms.

What TokenizeScore is

TokenizeScore is an informational data commercialisation readiness signal. It assesses the shape of a data asset against ICO-aligned standards and returns a Red / Amber / Green verdict with reasoning. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or regulatory advice. Outputs are based on the information you submit and a deterministic assessment framework. You should consult qualified professionals before making any decision to release, license or share data.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during an assessment. Output quality depends on input quality. Do not submit raw personal data — the platform is designed to operate on the shape of your data, not the records themselves.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it, or use it to evaluate assets in violation of applicable laws or sanctions.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenizeScore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
